Q: Is BeYOUtiful Box a Christian Company?
A: Yes! We are a Christian subscription box. Our mission is to give tools and items to mothers and daughters that will give help them see themselves the way that God does.
Q: When can I expect to start receiving my monthly box?
A: Our boxes ship the 3rd or 4th of each month. If you order your first box between the 1st -22nd(and there are still boxes available) you will get that current months box right away. Order after the 22nd and you will get your first box the 3rd or 4th. After your first box ships all future boxes will ship on schedule of the 3rd or 4th.
Q: How will my box be shipped?
A: Boxes are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Shipping is $6 per box within the United States. Outside the U.S. additional postage rates vary. You will receive an email when your box ships with a USPS tracking number. Boxes ship from Hastings, Nebraska.
Q: When will I be charged?
A: For month-to-month subscriptions, your card will be charged for your 1st box at the time of checkout. You will be re-billed automatically on the 1st of each month. For 3, 6 and 12 month subscriptions, you will be charged at checkout for the entire length of your subscription and your subscription will auto-renew based on your subscription length. Gift subscriptions do not auto-renew. The charge will appear as BeYOUtiful Box on your credit card statement.
Q: Does my subscription auto-renew?
A: Yes all monthly, 3, 6 and 12 month subscriptions auto-renew on the 1st day of each month. Gift subscriptions do NOT auto-renew.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: We hate to see you go, but if you must….
You can cancel at any time, without penalties or hidden fees. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription cycle. You can easily manage your account by clicking on login.
If you cancel on the 1st of the month, after your subscription has renewed, that box will be your last one. From the account management page, you can also pause your subscription or reactivate it if you've previously cancelled.

Q: Can we buy items in the box individually?
A: Yes! There are some items that we keep on hand so if you find something you love you can check out store to see if we have it on hand. Store. All individual items are retail amounts.
Q: I have more than one daughter, how can I get the product in the box for all of my daughters?
A: We have not completely figured this one out yet. For now we are having you email us BeYOUtifulbox.firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get you discounted rates on the extra product. The extra product does have to ship in the same box
